Terribly sorry I didn't get her name but I would like to inform you that some of your consultants are VERY efficient... and patient. I signed up for a new contract through my company's rebate programme. I couldn't understand the 8ta billing system because it seemed like I was being billed twice (through the company and my personal account). I spoke to several contact centre agents who told me to call 10217 (which does not work). Lebogang was the only one to transfer me directly to Billing and this wonderful lady was patient, explaining several times and with examples how the system works until I actually got it.

I actually considered cancelling the contract (penalty fees and all) and she has managed to retain THIS customer :-). Thanks again Ma'am!
