11 weeks and phone still not back or fixed

Handed my BB in for software repairs 11 weeks ago. Phone was damaged between the store and the repair centre. Now I am stuck without my BB for 11 weeks. Phone still not fixed and badly damaged. Nobody taking responsibility in getting the problem sorted.
