I am rather perturbed with the issues I have with my account. I have received two seperate accounts, one in credit and the other with exorbitant charges. I am being billed twice for the same period. Further, I had no use of the line for a period of one month due to cable in the area. This forum was used to complain of the issue at the time, which took over three weeks to resolve after multiple phone calls were placed to the call centre. I had a discount instituted on my land line which has now disappeared. I have called the call centre and have found that even they do not understand what is going on. I am typing this email whilst the call centre personnel discuss it with their supervisor. If this is not gross incompetence, then what its?
