Criminals behind a till

I'd like to apologise to Cellucity. Sorry Cellucity that my phone was...

I bought a phone from Cellucity Canal Walk at 15:30 today. My phone was, and I needed to buy a cheapie till my contract upgrade a few months later. The guy I bought it from said they have to open the box to check. I said fine, seemed like a good idea. I left the store and a someone called to say they have a loaner phone I could use for a while. I went back to the store at around 16:00 (less than 30min from having bought the phone) and requested if I can return the phone. Guess, what, unfortunately not. Why you would ask... well, the manager said no. Why you would ask again, well, because you left the store with the phone. Yes, of course, that sounds like a pretty good reason. In the 30mins I had it in my possession I could have done a lot to it. So, my apologies to Cellucity and their bright spark managers and their fabulously reasonable processes. Just more to add to the way in which honest people get messed over by criminals, just these criminals hide in a mall, behind a till and processes. In my mind, no better than the criminals that the phone.
