Bad Service Empty Promises

Good Morning

On the morning of Saturday 10/08/2013 I applied and was approved for the Sony Xperia T deal after returning to store I received a call from the sales consultant who had initially told me my contact had been approved and I was now only awaiting my phone as it presently was out of stock in the store, saying that the phone now no longer is available.

I enquired about the 25 customer clause, but was told that there was no issue as the sales rep Chantal at N1 CelluCity assured me that she could order the phone.

This is not only morally wrong but a really bad image for CelluCity.

I would like this to be resolved, as I now am without a phone and have been promised by CelluCity.

I patiently await your reply and action.
