POOR SIGNAL RESULTING IN DROPPED CALLS

ON BEHALF OF OUR FARMING COMMUNITY AT DARNALL AND GLEDHOW, WE ARE HAVING HUGE CHALLENGES WITH RECEPTION (SERVICE) FROM MTN. WE NO LONGER HAVE TELKOM LINES AND ARE THEREFORE RELIANT ON MTN RECEPTION FOR ALL COMMUNICATION IN OUR AREA. WE ARE ALSO HAVING A HUGE CHALLENGE IN FINDING ANYONE HELPFUL AT THE CALL CENTRE. IT SEEMS LIKE MTN IS UNREACHABLE. SPENT A LONG TIME ON THE PHONE TRYING TO REACH THE RIGHT HELP FROM THE CALL CENTRE AND EVENTUALLY I GOT CUT OFF BECAUSE OF POOR RECEPTION.WAS PUSHED FROM PILLAR TO POST, THIS MESSAGE IS COMING ON BEHALF OF A WHOLE COMMUNITY OF FARMERS (APPROX 200) WHO RELY ON THE MTN TOWERS IN OUR AREA.WE WOULD APPRECIATE SOMEBODY FROM MTN MANAGEMENT GIVING ME A CALL TO FACILITATE SOLUTION
