Cell C go back on their word and poor service

I reported my case many times, many months ago. When my issue was finally 'resolved' and an agreement was reached, I took the liberty to compliment the work of one Mr Sipho Sithole by commenting: 'Thank you Sipho for your impressive professionalism' here on Hellopeter. Since then, I have tried to make use of the opportunity afforded to me by Cell C to get out of the contract without any penalties. Mr Sithole then imposed conditions which were NEVER mentioned in the initial agreement, e-mailing me once with frivolous excuses as to why Cell C cannot let me out of the contract as agreed in December- in other words why Cell C is going back on their word. I sent a rebuttal email refuting the claims that he made. And now, weeks later, it seems my concerns are once again falling on deaf ears. This guy's level of customer service is pathetic to say the least. He doesn't even have the decency/professionalism to return my calls when I do try to get hold of him.
