Cell C, Pathetic customer service offered!

Sipho Sithole at Cell C, mentioned on the 24th October 2013 in his e-mail that my "cellc account is in credit with the amount of R 6, 166.35 and that a request to refund this amount has been submitted"
Since this, I have requested numerous times for this amount to be refunded into my bank account with no joy.
I am constantly having to follow-up with Sipho to find out what actually going on, with no response.
Can Cell C please respond with a concrete answer? stop the BS and sort this out
