POOR SERVICE NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND RUDE/NO FEEDBACK

I had a control chat with cell c paid every month got my air time, i was happy my entire family are cellc users. i was due for a upgrade 3months before my initial contract expired. i went to cell c in zevenwaght mall because it is closest to me i upgraded to a blackberry bold 9760. i had the phone 4 days and it gave me problems i took it back and i was told its a out of box failure. i have been waiting since march for anyone to get back to me and no one does ive call customer care millions of times and no one can help me. i have been paying a cellphone bill on a phone that i DO NOT have. my line is now completely cut and i cannot use my number. i have been with cell c all my life and to be frank i will be moving to mtn or voda. i have never been treated like a dog before but the staff and cellc shop zevenwaght was just plain rude. unless anyone get back to me i will be informing my attorney and you will have speak to him. i have all ref no. provided by your people accounts customer care and cancellations.
