Cell C Customer for 8years means nothing to Cell C

I have been a loyal Cell C Customer for 8years and yesterday Cell C proved to me that means nothing to them. I 1st took in my phone to a Cell C shop (Carlswald Midrand) towards the end of December 2012. The guy i spoke to at the shop told me its better to bring it in after the festive season as there are no techies at the repair centre, he also told me to rather buy myself a new battery. This was shocking to me as my phone is still under warranty, the battery gets hot when charging and is now swollen which resulted in the backcover breaking. I took in my phone again to the shop on Monday and it was booked in, i was told a courier has been arranged to pick it up. Yesterday i phoned to make a follow up, i was on hold for 5min and when i got through the consultant was not helpful, she just transfer me withiout telling me anything, phone went dead and i phoned again and spoke to Belinda who told me my phone is still at the store and she does not know when it will be picked up. I mentioned to her that i currently dont have a phone, she told me all repairs are treated the same. I am shocked and dissapointed at the bad service by cell c.
