Telkom refuses to cancel my LINE!!

After logging multiple requests to cancel my analog voice line (since 28FEB2013) im still being billed for it.
Tried to call today, and after spending 20min on the phone I got the phone put down in my ear.
What to I have to do to get this line canceled??
