Network Issues

I can not continue with the absolute absence of any Cell C signal within any part of South Africa. Although my Iphone signal shows that I have full 3G signal, this is most certainly not the case. Almost every call gets dropped, it is impossible to browse the internet as the connection times out way before the site can be opened. Retrieving emails is nearly impossible! My phone plays an integral part in my work and is of utmost importance. This standard of signal is thus totally unacceptable!!! The call centre after numerous calls advises to switch to Vodacom under the Carrier settings. This is not an alternative as it seems that you are only allowed to access the Vodacom Edge network.. Although this is faster than the Cell C 3G signal, I can not spend the entire day switching between networks. I thus want Cell C to cancel my contract with no penalties and to collect the phone that was taken on contract from them. Although it is the last thing that I want to do it seems that the only alternative that is left is to once again move to Vodacom. Although their prices are madness and customer service shocking - atleast you know that signal is never a problem..
