I still continue to get bad service from this comp

Despite all my queries and disputes on this contract i have taken in 2011, by 4th contract with this company, i have never experienced such appalling service, its a nightmare, ecersince i took this contract on the blackberry 9300 i have had endless problems, i was over charged for Internet which i didn't't have access too, till today have not received any credits on that, i have sent this phone in so many times for software upgrades its a joke, i barely used this phone, the key pad is now not working, basically in my opinion i was given a defected phone and now Al tech wants me to pay for R469 because it falls out of warranty, Al tech should fix this phone absolutely free considering all the problems i have experienced and i barely even used this phone i spoke to Antonette Parker who was very helpful and logged a dispute, over a week i have not received any feedback i then called in on Saturday and spoke to Violet, who promised to give me feedback the same day, im still waiting, please assist
