Endless problems with MTN

I took a contract on a Blackberry in 2011. The phone now still have on month left before my contract expires. and now the phone freezes and when I make a call I can"t end the call I have to take out the battery to end it; so I sent the phone in for repairs to MTN and now they tell me that it is out of warranty and that it will cost R2070 to fix the phone. they saying that the phone is physically damaged and that means that it is out of warranty. this is so ridiculous I have had endless of troubles with MTN for these past two years my phone had to go for repairs three times and the last time the phone was even blocked by Vodacom and I bought the phone from Mtn. And MTN could not even tell me why it was that I was having a phone that was blacklisted by Vodacom. I have had enough of these cellphone providers that just take our money and take us for a ride. I am will never take another contract from MTN again it has been nothing but a head ache dealing with them.
