I have been with Autopage for years and can not believe how I have been treated in the last year. My blackberry which I got on upgrade has given the same problem over and over, it has been serviced numerous different times (where I sat without a phone) and I have now received the second "refurbished" phone which is AGAIN giving the same problem so I don't even believe its even a different phone. I have sent many emails to Mr Swanepoel at head office, and to my "surprise" have heard nothing; I am contacting him directly because the people at Greenstone say that there is NOTHING they can do other than sending the phone in AGAIN to be repaired. How is it that everyone working there doesn't care if they are giving bad service because they feel their hands are tide so they can't care. I have never seen such shocking service or should I say lack thereof.
But wait it gets better:
I have also done a change of ownership at Greenstone in OCTOBER, and yet it has STILL not changed, how is that right??? Its 6 months later!!
I am appalled at the lack of customer service given and I will definately be ending my contract when the time comes and will NEVER recommend autopage to anyone!!
