No communication between me or 8ta

I have contacted 8ta numerous times about my contract I have with them. They never debited my account for 5 months in a row then started debiting it. It is now up to date now after everything being their fault they still cancelled my contract without consulting with me. They also want to charge me an R800.00 cancellation fee. I think 8ta is the worst mobile network available and lack serious communication between then and their customers. I am not the only one complaints about them most of my family members has cancelled their contracts because 8ta is the worst network available. It is fine if you cancel my account I am sure there is much better contracts available with other networks. But I REFUSE to pay there R800.00 cancellation fee. They can check my records my phone use to be a lot a month and not once did I not pay them, they just don't debit then I must pay.
