Damaged Goods and Bad Service Well done Cell C!

I have cancelled my contract with Cell C on the 01/11/2013, but they are still debiting my acc. I have previously complaint about the service i recieved and due to this I cancelled my contract up till today Cell C has not resolved this matter. i have stopped all payments at my Bank, and will continue to stop the payment untill this matter is resolved.
previous reference nr from the call i logged at the Call Centre 31209006229 & 3120500641 still nothing happened...
