Cell C
Cell C Incompetence!

I have had 3 cell C contracts over the past 4 years that I have purchased for my daughters and wife, with few errors from Cell C.
As such I decided to purchase 2 new contracts on the 10/4/2013 for my daughters birthday, got both contracts on the same day, now my one daughter is getting sms' from a debt collection company to pay the full contract amount within 48 hours. in addition, at this time I am in central africa with limited communication.
Got back to SA to find Cell C is taking money off my account but my daughter receives threatening sms's from Nudebt on behalf of Cell C that they going to take me to court.

So the short of it is that someone at Cell C seems to have had a finger problem and loaded my one daughters number on the debit order and not the other and now I am supposed to fix their mistake after they threaten my daughter!!! And never try to contact me while they have all my details!!!

What a bunch of losers, Cell C will never get another contract from me if this is the way the deal with mistakes they make.
