NON RESPONSE TO FAULT REPORT (4 DAYS)

I attempted to log a fault on 14th July and was told this service is only available during office hours. I then reported the fault on the 15th July at 9:15 am. I have followed up on the 16th and 17th and still no response to the fault. On the 18th I requested the contact number for the Esculation Centre and was told the supervisor was busy and unavailable to escalate this fault to.
