Bought prepaid bundle from local branch. Confirmed coverage of HSUPA in the Pinetown area.
ADSL line went down so switched to 3G - the connection was unuseable. Logged with CellC Ref number 1773042. They advised that they would send someone out to check out the signal.
Bought new speed stick and tested from 3 separate PCs, not useable.
Bought new Antenna to boost signal strength at a cost of R2500. Made absolutely no difference.
Called to do a SIM swap because the original SIM was a Micro SIM and would not fit. They swopped my main cellphone number with the SIM instead. Called back and was promised that it would be rectified and that a manager would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago... I had to have the SIM shipped back to me to get my main number working again.
used manager's personal Vodacom card and it worked perfectly, until the bandwidth was depleted.
So now we have ordered a new Vodacom package - 4G and getting 14Mbps.
YOU ARE USELESS AND ALMOST COST ME MY JOB!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The original call for signal strength is 3 weeks overdue.
