REACTIVATION OF MY BIS SERVICE

ON THE 11TH APRIL I CONTACTED RMCS REGARDING WHY MY BIS SERVICE WAS NO LONGER WORKING. I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE THE BIS SERVICE. I FOUND THIS VERY STRANGE AS I WAS GETTING THE SERVICE FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS. THE WOMEN I DEALT WITH, ESTELLE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. ALL SHE COULD TELL ME WAS THAT SOMEONE HAD PHONED ME TO MY WORK NUMBER ON THE 12 APRIL AND NO-ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE - HARD TO BELIEVE. SO I'VE NOW TRIED TO RE-ACTIVATE MY BIS SERVICE MYSELF ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I NEED TO GO THROUGH RMCS AGAIN. PHONE THE CALL CENTRE THIS MORNING TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO KNOW CONVERT MY CONTRACT TO PRE-PAID (INCONVENIENCE). WHEN I ASKED HOW DO I NEED TO GO ABOUT THIS I WAS THEN TOLD BUT I DO NOT NEED TO CONVERT TO PRE-PAID (CONFUSED NOW). IT BASICALLY NOW COMES DOWN TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO AGAIN WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO CONTACT ME TO GO THROUGH THE CANCELLATION OF MY CONTRACT, WHICH CAN APPARENTLY ONLY HAPPEN WITHIN THE NEXT 24-48 HOURS. WHICH I THOUGHT OKAY BY MONDAY LATEST. OH NO 24-48 HOURS MEANS HOPEFULLY BY TUESDAY EVENING. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT DISGUSTING SERVICE. AND TO BE HONEST I AM GLAD I'M NOW GETTING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT.
