I recommended Iburst to a friend. I have been with the complany for over six years, with almost no complaints. Even after we were left in the dark for a few day, i still said, change your provided. So he bought a modem and have been trying to get activated for the past three days?

After the fiasco of leaving us internetless for 3 days, i thought new sales would be getting top attention. I have added my friends details in the contact part. Please don`t let me look like an, reccomending your company and him not getting the service that I have been receiving for 6 years.
