I have taken a contract with MTN for a Samsung phone, and this was advertised to be accompanied by a Samsung 32' tv as a package deal.
This contract was done on 13/03/2013. I received the handheld device, but to date have yet to received the TV. I have been contacting them, and visiting their offices on countless occasions requesting an update on when the delivery will be made, and without fail I'm promised by the end of the week that I contact them.
I find this to be grossly unacceptable and unprofessional of such a large organisation. What's worse is that nobody ever bothers to contact me and update me on the reasons for the delay.
If this is not dealt with by Monday 29/04/2013 I will take further steps, and I WILL ENSURE that MTN pays dearly for this.
The best part is that the the debit order for this contract has gone off, and yet I am still waiting for the FULL delivery to be made to me.
