Smart Device ordered but not Delivery

I have ordered a Smart device over a month ago and have yet to have received the device. I have contacted FNB call centre on numerous occasions but they still do not have a concrete update for me. At first I was advised there was a problem with the Courier and they had changed to a different company. On Friday I was advised that there is no stock. I have requested the issue to be escalated/prioritised but none of this has been done. I was contacted by a FNB employee Elroy Jenniker who advised me that the issue will be dealt with and he will provide feedback on the 08/04/2013. Despite his reassurance that the issue is being dealt with I have not heard from him since. I have sent him 2 follow up email but there has been no response. FNB is generally a very good organisation but I am shocked at the service that they have provided for my request. I am frustrated with this order and the way it has been handled. I ordered the device as a gift to my spouse but have been waiting to long for delivery. Can someone please provide me a conclusive update or I will have to cancel this order.
