No Delivery

I upgraded my MTN contract on 10/5/2013.I opted for a contract where I would receive a 32 inch Samsung TV as part of the deal. On Monday it will be one month later and still the TV has not been delivered. After numerous visits to the Mtn branch no progress is being made with this issue. The only answer I get is "next week".
