Very unsatisfied with feedback and service

I went one lunchtime to go and find out about a contract regarding the Samsung S3, this was a week ago. I went in stood there for 20 minutes after the client told them to assist or to tell me that they will assist me now but they did not even acknowledged me when i was in store and the stores size is about 3x5m.

I have been a customer of Mtn for 6 years now and only use them as a cellphone subscriber. All my gadgets is Mtn and really find this inappropriate and unsatisfied. In the first place this is poor service and after all that i was promised that they will get back to me regarding stock for this specific cellphone. Never in my whole experience with Mtn i have received this poor service.
