I had a claim through 24hr mobility which I got through MTN. Firstly I had to phone the insurance company to help me with replacing my previous cellphone. Natasha helped me with this claim trying to provide me with MTN stores that had my cellphone in stock but she could not get a hold of anyone, including myself trying to phone a minimum of 10 MTN stores of which none had answered the phone at all. I was told I could go to a MTN store that had stock of this cellphone, where I drove to the Bedfordview East Gate store to get my phone. I had waited at the store from 15:30 - 17:30 and I still have no received a cellphone. I had been phoning all day trying to get a basic replacement which I can't. When will I be able to get my replacement? Because no one can assist me properly from your call centers, MTN stores, suggested insurances etc... I am utterly disgusted with MTN's overall service including 24hr mobilty. I had to take time off work and I had to spend time calling doing other peoples jobs. I was told to come back tomorrow, I don't have time to take more time off work only to walk away with nothing again. This won't be the last complaint unless resolved very promptly.
