We originally lodged a complaint with them July 2012 to find out how the account was cancelled is the debit order was going off each month - still no answer to that, all we got was that we owe them money and best we pay, we were even handed over to VVM Attorneys. Monday 11/3/13 i sent an email to Sumaya Padarath asking what the SETTLEMENT amounts were on the accounts as we have now had enough of the service. We paid what was told to us (Line 0842542681 has a commitment fee of R1091.39 and line 0847783419 has a commitment fee of R199.79 excluding current bill), but now we are being told, that was to settle the outstanding, we still have to pay the current bill. WHAT THE!!! did i not ask for the SETTLEMENT amount - do they not understand English??? I am so upset by this, and will do everything i can to make sure as many people hear about the that they provide. I will never again support CellC, even if its the last company on earth. I am not willing to pay the current bill as that's not what i asked for.
Please be advised that lines have been cancelled.
Last bill will be the end of May.
