Very bad customer service... upset client!!!

On the 28 November i had called Cell C call centre and spoke to Banele and i advised that due to some unforeseen circumstances i was forced to close my current bank account, my 2 contracts payments were due on the 29/11 since it was the last day of the month, so i had asked him whether i should pay cash or provide my new banking details
he advised that i should pay cash and had asked me to provide new banking details for 30 December billing which i did and i asked him twice whether cell c will not debit me twice and he insisted that wont happen

now i had paid cash on the 28th nov and cell c has debited my new account for November on the 1 December
when i called cellc on on the 1st i was told that both amounts were credited into my acc and debit will be reversed in the next 2 working days... today is the 9thdec already

cellc contacted me monday 2nd dec telling me i should leave those amounts for december which i declined, i was also told i should wait 7 days for my money, i was very upset and had asked to speak to the team leader Kamo, his line was busy and i was told he would return the call which up till today never bothered to contact me
it was your mistake y shud i wait?
