To whom it may concern,

I am very disappointed in this Nokia Lumia 610. this is the 1st nokia i find very UN friendly to use.
I've complained to my service provider. they sending me from one place to the other.

i can't keep on doing this. i need a phone that will allow me to get into my Internet banking without any hassles. i need a nokia friendly phone like the N95 i just had or the x5 that i had.

i have never hated a nokia make before this is just cruel and un unreal for Nokia. please advise what I can do to get this sorted out ASAP
