CALL CENTRE DOESN'T PHONE YOU BACK

Last Friday I received a call to inform me that I had been pre-approved for a contract.
The contract was an ASHA 302 phone. At the time of the call I asked certain questions relating to BIS settings which the consultant was not equipped to answer. Nonetheless I agreed to the contract.
During the course of the weekend I researched some more on my own, and found a contract with BIS and phone for R20 more than what the initial contract was.
On Monday I phoned the call centre and requested that the contract be ammended to the straight up 50. I was told that a sales agent would get back to me - STILL WAITING.
On Tuesday I phoned again - and got the exact same story - NEEDLESS TO SAY STILL WAITING.
Yesterday they phoned to confirm whether they can deliver the ASHA, upon which I explained that I was no longer interested in that package but wanted a straight up 50 with Blackberry. The lady told me that a sales agent will be in touch. GUESS WHAT - STILL WAITING.

If this is the kind of customer service they give a PROSPECTIVE CLIENT I can but only shudder to think what kind of service they give their clients. Needless to say the past has taught me not to expect a response- so lets w8 & C
