Having to call constantly to get a query resolved

I renewed my contract beginning April, since I have had endless issues that I need call several times to get resolved! At the moment my received calls all come as 'UNKNOWN NUMBER'
12th (Leonard) was told it was my caller ID that was not on my contract and he had added it and it was fixed. 17th (Amanda) still not resolved and she refused to put me through to a team leader and hung up on me!
17th (Tumesani-T.L) case number 5293653 escalated, would be resolved 72hrs.
24th (call not even logged on system, hence NO NAME) was promised the technical department would call me by COB to inform progress of query.
25th (Simone) escalated case number 5293653 again (surely if it is escalated it is escalated??? Maybe I am missing something) promised she would call me back after speaking to the technical department - so lets see what happens later.
My issue is I had to call constantly to get my BIS resolved and now I am having to call constantly to get my caller ID resolved, turnaround times are not met.
I wish I had NEVER renewed my contract, and will definitely NOT recommend 8TA as a service provider to anyone!
