Logged a fault in November 2013 that our Telkom line is not working. Till date this has not been resolved.
We cannot use our internet, call out everything is down. But I still get billed for the monthly service but I had no joy using it. Each time we must follow up and we get told that it will be resolved in 48 hours. Well we are still waiting. My wife cannot email her clients so we are losing money in the process. Pay for something we don't even have. Reference number: 920CRK21014 for Service ID 0114356581.
Called again today and was told that it has been escalated to the escalated team with reference 577158.
This is so sad as we even changed our service provider to Telkom on our mobile phones. If this is not resolved by Monday I will cancel all our business with Telkom. Plus I want a refund I will not pay the monthly service fee if I had no use of the service.
