Vodacom
NO 4G on my z10!?

So I just got my z10 recently and made sure I bought it from Vodacom because I know there's a LTE network, but I get the NON-lte version!? WHAT??? I have however read another complaint about the same thing and I wonder with the incompetence of Vodacom if they have actually delivered a new one to him?? Now what is the procedures to getting a 4G compatible phone, which I should have gotten in the first place!!!
