After doing what was requested of me by Vodacom and complaining on Hello Peter I was informed that all was sorted out. I even received a phone call from some one (no title here). And here we go again my phone has been locked. What the heck is going on with Vodacom. I've been on the phone trying to get some sense out of their incompetence and still no joy. So now Im sitting with a phone which I cannot use to dial out after being a client with Vodacom for more that 10 years. Cant wait to end my contracts with Vodacom after this spell of incompetence.
Vodacom beware should I be unable to contact anyone in an emergency, you will be held accountable.
