Very unsatisfactory service by Cell C

On the 16 May I took out my Second Cell C contact at. About 5.00pm and took my handset, in the shop it was turned on and I turned it of and put it back in its box as we were going for a famlily meal and I was to set everything up later, that evening I turned on my handset and after a while it just kept freezing, and it was unusable, I returned the phone the day after and there was no replacment handset available in the shop and after lats of calls and arguing on the phone I was given a Different loan handset to use. Today is the 23 May 2013 I enquired today and it has only been booked in today although I returned it on the 17 of May ..This is very Poor of Cell c I would of expected them to make a plan and get a new handset for me considering I had the phone for les than 12 hours and could not even make a call on it... I appriciate the store loaning me a handset but this is now rediculouse not having a replacment handset aranged yet
