Debit order against wrong bank account

A debit order of R114 goes through my mothers bank account at the end of February and March and she does not have a contract with any cellphone supplier. Ref number 3032602716 .

Promise to rectify problem, but no refunds received. Also no confirmation that the debit order will not go through at the end of April.
