MTN failed to Inform me of an Upgrade Fee!!

I was not informed of the R105.00 upgrade fee for my new phone and was told by a very cold, uncaring, robotic person at the Service Provider when I called 808 (Luciano) that this was the case when my service was suspended because I'd reached my credit limit. Come on, MTN, your customer care has got nothing to do with caring but only about your employees earning their commission and you making a buck!! You do nothing to inform your customers of your bizarre rules and policies (like credit limits) yet we have to pay the price for your poor customer service. Why don't you learn to care and then your business will grow not shrink. Your service provider people also need to learn how to care and communicate with customers and not just read from a script like robots and talk over them when they're trying to explain something!!
