Phones can't be replaced under insurance

Monday15/4 my cellphone was. I blocked the phone, went to the police and all the paperwork was with Finrite, Autopage's Insurer by Tuesday16/4. I was told I would here within 24 hours. Since then it has been an endless circle of me calling in, waiting between 10-22 minutes for an agent just to be told that they can't get stock out of the stores in Kempton, that no phones have been issued in 5 weeks and uyes, they think management is trying to sort out the problem. Everyone promises to call back - Ntombi, Angelique and no one EVER does. Ever time I ask to speak to a manger I get put on hold and hang up after 20 minutite as no one picks up the call, It is SHOCKING service and they just don't give a. So early yesterday I called Autopage in desperation as I am their client and they must sort out their service provider. Joe agreed to help me as I am travelling out of the country next week and I really need a phone by Saturday morning. He escalated it to stores who, by this morning, they have still not bothered to reply to him What now??!! I hope tha someone sees this and address not only my issue but the shocking process breakdown. Autpage - this is brand damaging!!
