Cell C
Debit order but no contract

Now I have received a debit order from Cell C and I have called customer care and I was put through to at least 6 people and no one could help me. I do not have a contract with Cell C but I receive a debit order. And worse of all they say I do not appear in their system and they cant help. I have been to the bank and it clearly shows that my debit order is from CellC. Now can someone help me and get the debit order stopped and cancelled from my account.

Worse of all I received an sms with an OTP and that a contract has been approved on my account, I was to call 084 151 if I did not apply. I did so immediately and two days later a debit order goes through.
