PHONE BILLS WHICH NEVER WORKED

2010 did log a complaint about vodacom that they have messed up my phone because technician couldn't fix it. Till i reported them to you and i was helped Paul told me to choose phone of my own which i did but surprisingly i receive call from MBD telling me that my account is over due account number 0278000339161403, when I'm phoning vodacom customer line they cant help me they take me from pillar to post.so I'm confused how I'm supposed to pay because they took the phone and offer me a phone please I cant pay for something i don't have. Just now i want to buy blackberry Z10 with them but i cant for something that cam out this year help me out. Please refers to my first report with you guys.
