Still no feedback after 3 weeks

Just to follow up, posted a complaint on Hello Peter on 3 April 2013 regarding my contracts with vodacom. I was contacted by Vodacom Legal department and advised to visit the Vodacare Centre of assistance. I did visit the Vodaworld, Midrand Branch on Saterday 6 April 2013, and consulted with a representative named "Senzo". He phoned the legal department and requested my paperwork and copies of my telephone conversations with Vodacom client Services and promised to feedback to me within 3 working days, no contact has been made with me as yet. What must I do to get any reaction from Vodacom in this regard? I have been battling with this issue since 2010. In the mean time my name has been listed on ITC and I was handed over to attorneys. Who is the next person in the raking that I can make an appointment with in this regard? Can anyone please assist me in this matter?
