Ilhaam is incompetent, I went to the store on March 27 to apply for a cellphone contract, she took all my details and promised to call me the next day regarding an answer, the promised day came and I never got a callback from her, I called the store and spoke to a woman who sounded sleepy who said Ilhaam was on lunch, she asked for my name and not even a contact number and said she will call me back, I never got a callback, after work I went to the store to realise they were closed due to stock taking, I mean really?
