Cell C
Almost 2 months still no phone!!!

In the beginning of March I phoned Cell C direct and went thru the contract application that was approved. I've phoned about 3 x times and hung up after 10 min, send 2 x emails - no reply to date! After about 3weeks on the 10 April I followed up (after holding on for 20min), just to hear that no contract was loaded for me!!! Simpiwe apologize and promise he will load immediately and send my phone ASAP! On the 16 April after another 20 min of holding on - I was again told that no contract was loaded for me by Xolisa! Xolisa send Simpiwe and his team manager an email to contact me! I spoke to Simpiwe on the 18th, he confirm that my contract was loaded (I-phone 5, but with straight up 200 and not 400 as I requested) and he will TRY that I get my phone this week. It's Wednesday, still no phone, don't know if the contract was corrected to the straight up 400??? Don't know??? Don't know???
