Contract loaded on my account without my knowledge

On the 10 January a Nokia cell phone was delivered to my house. Unfortunately I was expecting a S4 that I had ordered, so accepted the package. RAM did not really let me see the documentation before signing and left. When I looked at it I realized a Nokia Lumina 520 had being delivered. I immediately phoned Cellc to query why the wrong phone had been delivered, only to find out that a contract for a Nokia Lumina had being manually loaded on my account. I have no knowledge of this contract request and the number given to me for the phone is one I have never heard of. It is a concern that a contract can just be loaded on to your account without your knowledge! I logged a request to cancel and have the phone returned ref: OFB109554. On the 17 January I was billed for this contract. I phoned Cellc and was assured it would be sorted out within 48 hours. Well nothing has happened to date. I then phoned again on the 27 January and spoke to Vusi who guaranteed me that he would sort out and contact me with feedback. Well it is now the 6 February and nothing has happens and I have heard nothing from Vusi. So much for customer service! All I want is for Cellc to refund my money.
