I have repeatedly reported this issue on Hello Peter now. And the response I always get is we will get back to you.

Telkom does not care about their customers at all. I always get useless repetitive answers and sarcasm over the phones.
Supervisors are always in meetings etc.
Looks to me like Everyone at telkom should finally start working. Maybe something will happen then.

Please sort out my ADSL as I have gone since August 2012 without anything at this stage.
I want a reply on Hello Peter and a telephone call from the escalation centre by end of day today.
I also dont want Muvo G. Thusi to respond as he never gets back to anyone at all.
