Bad customer service and false information

Hi my name is brandon ive sent a complaint before about not recieving my data bundles on tbe correct day. When i purchased my data bundle they said id recieve it on the 2nd of every month for the last two months ive had problems and received them late wen i phoned and asked they did inquiries and investegated. Then they came back to me and said id recieve it on the first of every month i said it is i correct it supose to be the 2nd. After that they came back to me and said it will come every 30 days i said thats fine as long as i get it on the 2nd. I feel that they have a lack of communication and am disappointed as they did not pbone me they sent me a sms. Thank you
