Not recieving data contract requirements

Hi my names brandon
Ive purchased and paid for R1299 cell c 2gig for 12 months. It was purchased in full on the 2nd of febuary 2013. The contract states it will be topped up every month on the 2nd. March I did not recieve my data and had to phone and sort it out they gave me a case number and said I had to wait 2 to 3 workin days for it to b sorted.they sorted it out in two days but now its april and its happened again and I had to phone again and they have given me another case number. A co-worker of mine is having the exact same problem with cell c and this is unacceptable. Im really getting fed up with cell c because you do t get what you pay for. My data number is my mobile numbe
