I booked my S3 phone for repairs on 8 April 2013. I was informed by the consultant I will receive feedback within 7 days. On Sunday the 14 May I went to the shop to check on the update of my phone. I was told the system is down and was given sales person cell and email address. I used both the cell and email address on Monday and I receive no replies. I decided to go to the shop again and I was told the repairers are waiting for a part I will receive a quote once this has been done. I decided to wait. On the 21st I email and called the sales consultant just to get feedback on the status of my phone and still no response. This is so frustrating I need a status report on my phone so as to know how long it will take to be repaired.
