No 8ta service, 3 months and counting

I took out an 8ta data contract assured by their online coverage map that I had coverage in my area, but after I had taken out the contract I came to my flat and had no service.

I immediately logged a case and after TWO MONTHS I got a reply that they won't be able to help me and that I should cancel my contract. Again I quickly lodged another case to cancel my contract. I was told it would take 3Days for someone to contact me. It has been a month. I've phoned 8ta numerous times and the reply still remains: "Your case is still unattended".

I'm paying for a service which I cannot receive, this is daylight. I want my money back pro rata for the past 75 days and I want this to be handled now. I've been patient, but 8ta staff won't even let me speak to a manager or a someone from the billing department.

8ta, unless I receive a phone call from someone with authority (not an operator) in 2 days, this is going to go public. I will do what it takes to see this injustice redeemed. This is definitely a public and shameless breach of my rights as a consumer. (Misleading advertising, and my right to quality service with reasonable response time)
